I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying its convenience and friendly atmosphere. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions and dining options, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean, albeit a bit small and dated, but the common areas helped to offset that. While the service was generally good, there was a small hiccup when our room wasn’t serviced one day. Overall, it felt like a good deal for the location.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location just a stone's throw from the airport and beautiful parks. The staff treated me like family, which was lovely! However, I was a bit disappointed with the room's lack of a view, and I found it to be a little dark. While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient for exploring the area and getting to Volcano National Park, I did have a few issues.
